The purpose of Sandhills Pride is to UNITE, CELEBRATE, ENHANCE and SERVE LGBTQ+ people, their allies, and organizations with likeminded goals by providing social engagement, service, education, and leadership in the Sandhills region of North Carolina. Sandhills Pride works to UNITE a visible LGBTQ+ community; CELEBRATE the freedom and equality of all people; ENHANCE the well-being and development of the local LGBTQ+ community through partnerships and support activities; and SERVE the Sandhills region through social engagement, education, leadership, charity, goodwill, and responsible citizenship.

Sandhills PRIDE is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Moore County serving the Sandhills communities of Cumberland, Harnett, Hoke, Lee, Moore, Montgomery, Richmond, and Scotland Counties. Sandhills PRIDE strives to be a beacon of hope for LGBTQ+ people and their allies and a central resource for information and inspiration.  We envision a Sandhills where all LGBTQ+ people and allies are supported, heard, valued, equal, and experience true connection to their community.
